Garden to Table Experience
Fresh from the field, straight to your plate. At 1477 Reichhalter, we have always valued fresh, seasonal, and regional ingredients. This evening is dedicated to our Garden to Table philosophy. We grow a wide variety of fruits and vegetables on our very own field, the Arnica Acker, adjacent to the partner hotel Villa Arnica in Lana. What we don’t grow ourselves, we source from local farmers.
For this special occasion, our chef Andreas Heinisch will create a vegetarian menu inspired by the fresh treasures of the season. The Garden to Table experience invites you to savor culinary highlights crafted from the abundance of our gardens.

Price: €70 per person (excluding drinks)

For a short getaway including the Garden to Table Experience, we have prepared a special overnight package. Two nights in our historic inn with daily extensive breakfast, access to the spa and wellness area of our partner hotel Schwarzschmied, and immediate proximity to South Tyrol's stunning nature.
